Sushi restaurant, Zen like room, fluffy pillows.
No shuttle service while other hotels offer on same night.

Nice hotel, clean, relaxing, good restaurants had drinks and Sushi at Fish Market and nice breakfast, friendly staff that were very helpful.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Westin and would love to stay there again. It was very clean, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and it was in a great location.

Walking distance to many attractions.
Parking fee.

Pool was closed, the free hotel shuttle to destinations within 2 miles of the hotel was great. No need for the car to leaving the expensive parking garage.

Free shuttle was great.
No atmosphere at all.

Good if going to a meeting at the convention center. The free shuttle was fine - we used it one way and the driver was friendly. The service was quite mixed - some people were friendly and helpful and others were just the opposite.

The hotel was very clean and elegant. The price to stay as a result of Priceline made it a very enjoyable stay.
The cost for in house movies and/or TV shows was too high.

The hotel provided an excellent location to where I needed to be for the weekend. The hotel also provided all of the amenities that I needed.
