Location.
We could not get the shower or tub to work. Repeated requests did not help.

The service was bad. When we started to shower in the morning, neither the shower nor the tub worked. We told the maids twice. I called the front desk. The lady explained to me that I had to pull the handle. I've operated showers on four continents.

It was quiet and very clean.
Tubs were very slippery.

Shower/tub was very slippery - in all the rooms we had - very dangerous. Also didn't expect to have to pay for computer room and printing of papers - there was a charge per minute and per page. Other than that it was clean and very nice and quite convenient.

at airplane side of hotel, no newspaper.

We liked it and would go back. Don't order the oatmeal in the breakfast market! Worst ever - actually cheap flakes was with something added to make it gelatinous and taste worse than horribly bland.

Room decor, food and service in hotel grill.
Nothing.

Very pleased with the friendliness of hotel staff. The room was well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. The wait staff at the hotel grill were most accommodating. Took good care of us, but didn't hover. The food was delicious. I would definitely stay their again.
