It's in walking distance to the places we wanted to go.
The rooms did not reflect the rooms pictured on the website. They were still very nice.
It's proximity and quaility is unbeatable for the Gaslamp area. Thank you! We will be back:.

The beds were very comfortable and we had a great view.
We waited quite a while for someone to get our bags that they were holding. The gals at the front desk needed to be more helpful.
My husband and I were really happy with the hotel. Nice room with a comfortable bed. Very close to shopping of all kinds, with Horton Plaza almost next door. The Gas Lamp district is very close also. My only issue was that it appeared that the front desk employees could have been more helpful. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel is very well located to Horton Plaza Shopping and the Gaslamp Quarter. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable.

Convenient to the Gaslamp and Horton Plaza Mall.
Room given reeked of cigarette smoke. I was hoping the air conditioning would filter it out but it did not. Let with a bad headache.
Staff was friendly, room was adequate for the price though the particular room I was given was not aired out and the cigarette smoke was over powering, parking charge is exorbitant.

Concierge was very helpful.
It was dirty and poorly maintained and filled with teenagers apparently on some sort of spring break type trip.
I have never seen a Westin before that had hordes of people checking in wheeling in their ice chests and cases of beer. This wasn't in a desirable location and there wasn't anything obvious going on, so no clue what the party was about.
