This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It's nice - good location - clean - excellent staff. However - I would rate it a 3 star hotel.

Great price & nice location.
More accommodating to the business travelers.

Overall a nice place to stay, a bit disappointed that the hot tub was out of order as well as the ice machines on the floor we stayed & the floor below. Wish there was a fridge in the room, since the last Westin hotel I stayed in had a fridge in the room.

The staff was extraordinary.
No bellman on Saturday.

Great hotel, great service. Not fully blown luxury, but very well done and the best in Princeton. Absolutely worth a premium over the other local chain hotels.

Pool was warm, room met expectations.
Same quality as Hyatt Princeton, which is only 3-star.

This Westin falls between a 3-star and 4-star. It is on par with the nearby 3-star Hyatt and Doral. Rooms and lobby are nice but not ultra-luxor, rooms have plastic cups and no flat-screen TV; hallways are generic like a Hilton. The first time we stayed here the pool was freezing; this time it was quite warm (but the Jacuzzi was lukewarm). Overall good, would stay here again.

The location was great and beds super comfy.
We didn't get our toiletries and coffee supplies restocked everyday so some days we had to call to get wash clothes or cups.

Nice place if you need a comfy bed. The kids were bored but we spent most of our time in near by Princeton. For a 4 star hotel I expected a few more amenities in the room, a shower cap would be nice. One day we had no wash clothes, but hotel was quick to fix it. We would stay again.

Beautiful place, very comfortable.
Indoor pool area was very cold outside of the pool.

Great place to stay. Very convenient to NY and PA. Close to good restaurants and shopping. Indoor pool and workout facility an added bonus.

Great pool and good food.
Rooms not very clean, pool has no bathroom nearby, health club needs changing rooms, room window leaked during rain.

Good location off route 1, friendly staff, good size rooms and bathrooms. Hotel can use updating of rugs, rooms could be cleaner.

Overall, a decent hotel.
The pool was in unacceptable condition. It needed to be cleaned very badly.

If you're a business traveler, this hotel is probably a good bet. I was disappointed that there was no free wife. I was even more disappointed by the poor condition of the pool - it appeared to have not been cleaned in quite some time.

They gave us a kids' club goodie bag for our 1 1/2 year old daughter.
The room was very small and very hot, even with the AC on.

Overall it was a good experience and we were relatively pleased. The room was tiny and that was a problem since we needed to put a crib and fridge in it. The AC barely worked, and the room was always hot. We'd requested a crib and fridge, neither of which was in the room when we checked in. It took several hours to get both. They charged $9.95 a day for internet access when most 4 star hotels offer it for free. But the staff was very friendly, the food in the restaurants was good, the bed was comfortable, the hotel was clean and pretty, and they were very kid friendly with their free "kid's club kit" that had things like outlet plugs and a first aid kit. There was a fair going on at that shopping center, so that was a big inconvenience/problem. When a friend of ours came to visit us at the hotel, she was not allowed into the hotel lot and had to walk quite far from where the police made her park. Otherwise, the location was nice. Probably would stay here again for a short stay. read more
