All of the staff I encountered were very guest focused and conscientious.
Carpet repair was being conducted on the floor above ours. Management did compensate us.

My daughter had stayed at this hotel on a recent visit to the Dallas area and recommended it to us. It was an excellent choice. Except for the carpet work on Saturday morning, my wife and I were very pleased with our stay and plan to book our next visit to the Dallas area at this hotel.

Staff was very helpful.
Pool was not heated, no bar in pool area.

Beautiful hotel, great staff, the front desk was always very friendly and helpful. Great work out facilities, good sauna, good jacuzzi, swimming pool nice looking and long, but water was freezing, they did not turn on the heater. Room was incredible as you would expect on a Westin.

Room and bath very spacious.
They put someone with a dog next door to us and it yelped all morning and it stunk like a dog in the hall.

Overall it was very pleasant and clean. Great location. I was a little surprised that the bed was not as comfortable as it was, that is probobly personal preference, it was just a little hard! Beautiful grounds and very polite staff.

Beautiful and staff was very friendly.
I liked everything about this hotel.

It is on a golf course. Close to Nuevo Laredo restaurant. Bar staff was very friendly as were the front desk personnel.

The bar is outstanding.

This place was everything you could ask for - clean, big fat TV in your room, comfy bed, dual shower heads, and quiet!
