"If you have big bucks to spend in Nantucket", surveyors suggest a stay at this "top-of-the-line hotel", a "well-managed property" "on the edge of town" that's run by an "accommodating crew"; you can't beat the "beautiful setting", especially in the Brant Point Grill ("one of the few waterfront restaurants that overlooks the harbor"), but since the place "can be a bit noisy on weekends", regulars recommend visiting off-season – "the value goes up, when the crowds go down."
