A lot of value for the dollar spent.
The toilet seat was old, clean but old.
It is an excellent choice for anyone, you practically have your own apartment for the stay. It's seemed very family friendly, with lots for kids to do. But If it's just you and your partner for a nice get away. You have your own space and activities the hotel offers. Plus the location puts you minutes from great restaurants and attractions.
Rooms were clean and comfortable, like being at home. read more

The hotel was very clean, spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant.
The service took too long when asked to fix the Jacuzzi and the smoke alarm.
The hotel was very nice, very spacious. Very nice place to stay when you have young children. It gave my husband and I a private room with a door which is different from your standard hotel room where we have to share the same space with the children. It was a really nice and cozy place to get away to. Sort of like a home away from home. The only thing I didn't like was that the Jacuzzi in the main pool area was not working and the indoor pool was not heated and there were no lockers in the pool area to change your clothes. read more

Large rooms, new decor.
Did not have stove or oven.
Rooms were quit large, not all units have full kitchens, room units have sauna experience just wish we had a full kitchen so we would be able to dine in at times.

Pool too small. Internet Access slow.
Not a hotel. Timeshare condos. Units in excellent condition and kitchen well equipped. Common facilities undersized for number of units.

Town House setting. Easy parking, privacy, well-equipped kitchen.
Must have a car - nothing within walking distance.
This is a time share resort. Very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. You need to know there is no maid service. Perfect for families and people wishing to eat in. There was nothing missing.

The 2br suite was perfect for traveling with small children at Christmas.
2nd room should have 2 twin or double beds instead of 1 queen.
The accommodations were great. The only thing people should be aware of is that because it is a timeshare there is no maid service.

The room and grounds were wonderful.
It was a little further from the parks than other hotels.
There are indoor/outdoor pools, a Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, free DVD rentals, free activities for adults and children, a Nature trail, free use of washer and dryer in each unit (with some free tide). The community is gated at night and feels very safe. Unit was spacious. We traveled with 7 people aged 18mos 50yrs and each one of us loved it. We will be booking here again next time we're in VA. **there were no sales pitches or anything. read more

Convenience, two bedrooms for two little kids, lots of space!
The dryer didn't work in the unit in which we stayed.
This is a great place to stay with young kids. There are activities during the week, two great pools, and lots of room to spread out in the two bedroom suites.

Did not have our reservation that I had paid for.
Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I paid for an upgraded suite and when I got there was told they were not a hotel that I was at the wrong place. When I showed them my email confirmation and address they then finally found our reservation but I had to be put in a handicapped room because they had been sold out for hours according to the manager. The staff was very rude to everyone that approached the desk. Talk about being overcharged. read more
