The pool was warm and the towels were soft.
Check in could be earlier, check out could be later.

Overall nice hotel. My kids loved the pool.

Theromostat on wall, pillows.
Behind nightstand was empty popcorn bag and popcorn. Housekeeping to do better job.

Convenient off of highway, internet and room conducive to business traveler. Front desk personnel were good customer service people. Large breakfast room was nice. Thermostat on the wall was a plus for a hotel room. Flat panel TV was also very nice as well as fridge and microwave in the room.

The facility was nice and the staff was very friendly. The room was nice and clean.
The ice machine wasn't working on our level.

I found The Wingate a nice place to stay. The staff was friendly, the room was clean . The breakfast was good. Overall a good value. I would stay there again.

I would have liked to pay 10% less.

Very comfortable room & excellent staff. Makes you feel like a guest in someone's home.

The hotel beds were very comfortable, and cleaning staff was excellent.
I did not care for the lying by two employees that told us they would only receive two TV channels on the lobby television.

I feel that the hotel is a very nice hotel, and I would definitely stay there again. Overall the staff was very friendly, personable, and appreciated me as a customer. There were only two younger front-desk employees that wanted us to find our way away from the lobby area, so I guess they could watch there TV programs, instead of working.

Spacious comfortable room. It had all the bells and whistles, internet, TV, etc.
The internet worked but was not user friendly on the second day. I couldn't even connect!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Wingate. It was by far the best hotel experience I have ever had. With the exception of not getting connected to the internet on the second day, I was extremely comfortable. If I have a choice, from here on out I will stay at a Wingate hotel.
