The breakfast was as good or better than the best breakfast restaurant offers.
Nothing I did not like.

The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and well appointed and the breakfast is 5 star.

The room was clean.
I was not able to make any outside telephone calls during my stay.

As a business traveler, being able to make local call is important. Their new computer system did not allow me to make any outside hotels calls. The manager apologized but offered nothing else. I won't stay here again unless I am guaranteed that the phone system is working.

Spacious rooms, good breakfast, and free internet.

Spacious rooms equipped with small but well-functioning fridge and microwaves. Good breakfast offered with hot selections. Free internet offered wired or wireless. Comfort could be improved, as mattresses uninspiring and pillow selection limited (I wound up buying my own pillow at Wal Mart)

Mo the desk clerk was wonderful.
Juice not available at all times. No turn down service

This was a wonderful hotel. Mo the desk clerk was extremely helpful. He indicated his parents owned and managed the hotel. The morning breakfast they served was wonderful. It would have been helpful to have a second waffle maker. The omeletes available on the buffet were delicious.
