The breakfast was terrific. Lots of options not just donuts and coffee.
Our room / bathroom was filthy.

The hotel was in a great location close to everything / restaurants / mall / outdoor shopping. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations. Our room was filthy. Used soap in the shower in the dish used conditioner left in the shower. Shoe print on the bathroom floor.
It was not cleaned before our stay.
Although this was a major issue
I did enjoy the food and the location. read more

Large, nicely appointed, clean rooms; friendly staff; excellent continental breakfast; convenient location.
Could faintly hear elevator chime and other noises when the A/C was turned off.

The rooms were large and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the continental breakfast was great. The lobby and breakfast area were much nicer than expected. It made a great stop-off location for traveling via I-26. The walls could be insulated a little better for sound, but it didn't cause me to lose any sleep.

The hotel clerks were great. when I arrived late they opened the hot tub after hours for me.

Everything was great, the service the hours of breakfast. and the kindness the all of the employees showed. I had my news paper at my door every morning. I was there to visit someone in the hospital and would arrive late just about every night. I was there during an unusual cold spell and they opened the hot tub after hours. it was a great experience.

Couldn't beat the price for a moderate-level hotel!
The shower needs updating. Need more in-room coffee. Trampoline beds - UGH.

The location was perfect for our needs. Short drive to excellent dining. The room was fine, but the beds were far too bouncy for my taste. The shower could stand to be replaced. Need more coffee packets in the room - not refilled after the first night. Overall a very good stay.

I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff was friendly. They allowed a late check in and check out. The room was very clean, very large and the bed very comfortable. The water was hot. They also had a very good breakfast that is included in the price of the hotel. You could not go wrong staying here and I will definitely do it again.

Clean high quality hotel.
The staff.

This poses a major problem for me and my older sons who insist on their own beds. Sometimes hotels accommodate me but this staff was totally hostile to Internet buyers.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful.

This hotel was clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. The room was set up in suite like fashion which was very roomy, conducive to reading/studying. I would stay here again.
