Accommodation.
The bath room needs some Clorox around the bath tub.
This is the first time for me to stay with Wingate. I will add it to my list in the future.

Comfortable, quiet. Good breakfast bar - a plus with me.
Can't think of a thing.
We were able to relax comfortably when we needed rest. We enjoyed the whirlpool and the quiet. The front desk was very helpful when we needed assistance on a couple of occasions. We are seriously planning a return trip.

I liked the indoor heated pool and whirlpool.
The business center printers didn't work.
The hotel was OK, but I would have considered it over priced if I had paid their normal rate.

Good variety on breakfast buffet.
Room bathroom badly in need of refurbishing.
Comfortable beds, quiet rooms. TV confusing with 2 separate remotes. Elevators jerky, noisy and smell of chlorine from wet swimmers. Bathrooms clean but need updating, peeling wallpaper, scratched tub, sink faucet too short for sink...awkward to use, hairdryer falling off wall.

Breakfast was great.
Room was damp, water damage to ceiling in bath, room was also cramped with two beds.
Not 2+ stars.

Stale food left in fridge, broken toilet seat, and
moldy grout.
We found our room with a broken toilet seat, and left over food left on a paper plate in the fridge. The ottoman was stained beyond saving, the size of a turkey platter. (Coffee). The front desk staff were helpful in getting us into a new room, and didn't even flinch in what we had found. I was too scared to try the breakfast, so we always went out.

On Saturday night a storm came through Columbus and there was no electricity, I had 2 small children with me that were very frightened. We ended up having to leave so nobody even stayed in the room that night. I probably will not stay there again.

Nice looking hotel.
One room had a mildew smell, and no alternative accommodations were made.
Place looked nice but has some issues with mildew. The attempted to put a band-aide on by shooting an air freshener bomb in the room. When the scent wore off the mildew smell returned. They said they didn't have any other rooms available.
