Room was badly prepared after previous client.

A jacket belonging to the previous client was still hanging in the room closet. A prescription pill found on floor. No soft chair or sofa in room for sitting and relaxing. Disappointed that hotel provided no more comfort than surrounding hotels offering lower rates.

Cleaning staff took something from our shopping bags.

The hotel was fabulous, staff very friendly and helpful best hotel stay I have had except the day we were checking out we noticed a purchase we had made the day before was missing. It ruined the whole experience for me. If nothing had been taken I would definitely have stayed there again. Hotel didn't file any paper work on our missing item they just handed us money and said hope this helps. DISGUSTING. They should have had something for us to file out about the incident as well as a complaint form. read more

Fabulous accommodations, friendly staff, very accessible to interstate and Peach Street for shopping.

We had a great time. The hotel is very up to date, clean, comfortable and friendly place to stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

It was convenient to the casino.
The breakfast was disappointing.

Overall the hotel was great, it was clean, the staff was very friendly, the hotel was very modern. I would definitely stay there again if in the area and recommend to others.

The room was large and accomodating! Worked great for me and my adult daughter who used the desk, etc. The bathroom/make up set up worked well . . . just a great experience. The bed was so comfortable and actually, that is most important to me.

Very clean and well maintained.
Fridge very noisy, all 8 pillows were overstuffed. None flat.

The front desk staff made joke about being over worked. It was funny until she just kept going with it. Not amusing. Fridge in room very noisy. Glad I had cooler. Rooms were very well cleaned and in good order. Very happy with aesthetics.
