Staff was as accomodating as they could be.
Carpet in room was old and stained.
Comfortable room but the carpet was old and stained. The hot water was a long time coming. Breakfast was spartan and tasteless.

Close to freeway access.
Horrible chemical cleaner smell in hallways and room. Made me very uncomfortable. Sheets on bed were rough and bed was saggy.
This hotel needs to be updated. Carpet in room was spotted and stained. Sheets were rough and bed was old. Did not like the strong chemical smell in hallway and in rooms. Would not come back to this hotel unless I had no other choice.

Proximity to good restaurants and friendly staff.
Severe stains on carpet, blanket shabby, linens not so great, but apparently clean.
This hotel is conveniently located near a lot of Fayetteville's more current retail developments (the mall, shopping centers, chain restaurants such as Lone Star, Carrabba's, etc.). However, to be slightly over a 2-star hotel (I believe it is rated as 2.5, I was expecting the nicer quality linens and bedding you will find at similarly-starred Marriott and Hilton properties. There were a couple of severe stains in the carpet, and a tear and obvious wear to the blanket on the bed, as well. I was glad I got a discount and paid less than $100 for the room. It was clean, but it certainly would have not been worth the money had I been charged its regular rate. One good thing was there was a decent sized desk with a power strip and functional high speed Internet service. I didn't use the gym or pool, so I can't comment on those. My son is stationed at Fort Bragg, this location was perfect for us. Free breakfast too! Close to everything.
Perfect place to stay for those visiting Fort Bragg, we were so close. This hotel was clean, comfortable and the employees were very friendly.

Whirlpool opens 24/7.
Carpet in room filthy, stained.
We could have stayed at a budget motel like super 8 for much less and had the same or better quality room. The carpet in the room was filthy. We kept our shoes on all the time. The whirlpool had film and dirt stuck on the sides. We won't stay there again.

Cleanliness of the room.
During the day no front desk staff would be present.
The evening front desk rep was very courteous; the room was great. The breakfast bar had a lot of options and was clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very well soundproofed. Seldom heard others when in the room.
Computer in business room did not work well.
Over all it is a very nice hotel in a convenient location. The staff was very friendly and the rooms and common areas were well kept. Breakfast was as expected, unfortunately like all hotels ended too early.

Great location. Very friendly staff. Loved the internet access.
No snack vending machines on each floor.
I enjoyed the hotel. No complaints as far as the room were concerned. However, I do feel that it was overprice.
