The kids had fun in the pool.
They charged me twice for a room which I already paid for!

The first room's bathroom caulk was nasty. It looked like my five year old put it on and it was covered in mildew. The front desk gal moved us. The next room was much better. The only problem was I already paid before I traveled and they charged me twice on my card I used for incidentals so when I went to use at restaurant it was maxed by pending authorizations! Not happy. They did compensate my kids a movie, but the manager did not seem to apologetic! read more

Lots of fluffy pillows, very comfy bed, very relaxing.
11 am checkout time.

Overall experience was excellent, just wanted to get away for the weekend, very close, within walking distance to several nice restaurants just wanted to lay in the nice comfy king size bed all weekend!

I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Greenville. Great hotel for the price and hotel features. We loved our stay and will stay again if we ever visit Greenville again!
