The hotel was new it was very clean and the staff was great and very helpful we had a great stay.
There was no pool there was a jacuzzi but the water wasn't hot enough.

The hotel was great it was clean the staff was friendly and helpful. It was close to everything we wanted to see. We would stay there again and recommend it highly. I booked the hotel based on the reviews. I

The beds and multiple pillows made for extremely comfortable sleeping.
The high charge for telephone use.

The hotel was easy to find and only a short drive to downtown Lancaster's convention center. The inclusive continental breakfast had a larger menu offer than most chain hotels have. The room included a microwave and small refrigerator and coffee pot that came in handy. Since it hasn't been open very long everything was still new and freshly decorated and very clean. The exercise room had convenient hours and a surprise was the whirlpool. The staff was helpful in recommending places to eat. read more

Very comfortable place to stay at, and very clean. Close to all attractions in Lancaster. Would recommend to friends and family, and would stay there again.

The hotel was fairly new, clean, and in a good location.
We arrived back to our room one day around 4 pm and our room had not been cleaned.

Was very pleased with our stay and would recommend this hotel to family and friends.
