It was very clean and luxurious - the bed & pillows were wonderful!
When we checked in there was only one person working - had to wait about 5-10 minutes to get taken care of.

It was great and met our expectations.

Check in personnel (man) was great and very accommodating.
Check out person (woman) was very rude and very unaccommodating.

Enjoyed stay although short, rooms and facility was clean and inviting. Complimentary breakfast was very nice with a good selection. Will stay there again and recommend to others.

The staff was quite kind and the facility was well-kept.
I liked everything.

Hotel was extra clean and the staff was friendly. It was nice to have hot breakfast with plenty of time to sleep in before breakfast was unavailable. The room size was more than accommodating.

The rooms were clean, the breakfast was great, people were friendly, nice pool, great for business and pleasure.

We enjoyed our stay, even though it was one night. We had a pleasant stay and the breakfast was excellent, courteous employees, rooms were clean, lobby was clean and so was the pool area. Our daughter attends college in Lynchburg, and from now on we will more than likely stay here again.
