The cable did not work at all!

The room was ready when we arrived and had plenty of space for the pack n' play. The cable was completely out on the
TV and we only got a couple of fuzzy channels. We all went to bed early as a result - prob a good thing, but annoying.

Convenient location, ample parking, clean, friendly.
At least ten dogs in the hallway with several owners chatting together on my arrival. Not a fan of dogs in hotel rooms.

Good stay at a good value. I would stay here again, no problem except for the dog issue.

Housekeeping services were poor.

Hotel location was excellent to shopping and restaurants. Housekeeping services--carpet filthy; had to request washcloths daily; no replenishment of coffee/supplies; did not vacuum during three day stay. Breakfast bar was fabulous! Great selection of food--clean area! Overall OK.

Hotel was modern and clean.
Cleaning staff did not restock room daily, missing towel, toilet paper etc., even after I called front desk nothing was done about it.

This hotel has the potential to be good, the cleaning staff was poorly supervised. Second night there the bed was barely made, in fact she just tighten the top cover never tightening the lower sheets. We were left no shampoo, toilet paper, or kleenex. I called the front desk twice for service. This was unacceptable, I am more likely not to stay there again.
