Not clean for a win gate.

Nice people, room needed to be cleaned better, and it seemed a little over rated on the star value.

Room and lobby dirty, too much to mention in 20 words.

Terrible, first room had poop in the toilet and was noisy. Desk clerk lady moved us to another room. After staying there for a little while, noticed that carpet needed vacuuming and furniture needed dusting. Very dusty, largest roach that I have ever seen ran under the entertainment center. Bathroom door wouldn't shut, lock broken, front door of hotel broken it didn't shut the 2 days we were there. It was cool in the lobby because of the door. Elevator broken but it was fixed in about 2-3 hours. Continental breakfast wasn't up to par either. The room was OK but were disappointed in the overall appearance of the amenities. read more

The bugs in the hotel and the cleanliness of the hotel.

The atmosphere of the hotel was nice. Our room was not properly cleaned (the bath tub and dirty towels) and we found a bug in our room. I was shocked; I stayed at this hotel before and did not have these problems.

I loved the sheets. They felt like first class sheets. The breakfast was pretty good too - I loved the omelet.
There was really nothing that I didn't like. My stay was comfortable and pleasant.

It was in a good location. The staff was friendly. The sheets and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. I loved the omelet.
