The spacious room, and comfortable bed were great.
It was in the middle of nowhere.

Overall I gave it a 5-star review because it was clean, bright, had comfortable rooms, a nice swimming pool, and a friendly staff.

Well maintained, good facilities.

We left the room for about 20 minutes before we checked out for breakfast and had $200 stolen in USD cash from my wife's wallet. The hotel wouldn't do anything about it. I will never go back as this was highly irregular and not handled very well at all.

Convenient location, nice rooms.
Breakfast choices were sad.

This hotel is reasonably priced and comfortable for a short stay. It is convenient to everything in Syracuse. The pool looked nice although we didn't use it. The breakfast choices were limited and there aren't alot of restaurants close by that we could find.

Rooms were very clean - staff wonderful. Would stay again.
Beds - not the most comfortable, but I have slept on worse.

Excellent - location right off thruway. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms very spacey and clean!

Swimming pool, reasonable quality.
Noise levels from hallway and adjoining rooms were unacceptable, and no heavy curtains to close out light.

Moderate rates and moderate comfort. Lacks good curtains in room. Breakfast more of a continental style-a snack. However, swimming pool and spa, and relatively easy access from town.

Very clean and appealing to they eye.
The breakfast was closed an hour before it's scheduled time and we were left hungry. The younger girl that was working the breakfast was very rude.

Nice hotel. Kind of
in the middle on nowhere. Breakfast was good even though they decided to close it up an hour before its scheduled time, from time to time, the bathroom smelt as if it was used, it came from the vent. Overall it wasn't a horrible experience but I think we will choose another hotel during our next stay in Syracuse.

It was new so everything was incredibly clean, quiet, breakfast in lobby excellent, they had a waffle machine!
It is not as close to Syracuse Univiversity campus but it was graduation weekend so we were lucky to get such a great room.

Spacious, freshly decorated double room. King size bed was extremely comfortable. There was no noise from people running around in the halls or upstairs. The business center had computers to check your email and there was also a small exercise room with treadmills, etc. I didn't realize there would be an indoor pool but it looked great. I said that I could live there forever. That is very sad. read more
