The hotel had everything I needed and a nice breakfast to get me going.
The iron in the room did not function properly.

This hotel was very nice and exactly what I expected for the grade of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The facilities were overall very good and well maintained. It was an excellent choice for business travel. Breakfast was good and included with the stay. The only problem I had was that the iron did not work very well, so I'm digging deep to find something that wasn't exactly as it should have been. read more

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel while my daughter attended orientation at USF. It was about 10 minutes away from USF and easy to get there on the highway. The staff was wonderful, the room was decorated nicely and it had a lot of space. The complimentary breakfast included a lot of choices. We will definitely stay here again.

I loved the breakfast!
The pool and whirlpool are too far apart.

The staff is very helpful and kind. When we asked about where the theater was located, he not only told us where it was but he gave us a print out of the movies and times. The hotel was not too far from busch gardens and Wal-mart. Great for the money! I would stay there again.

Friendly staff, environmentally aware, willing to give alternative pillows just for comfort factor.
The bacon at breakfast made my tummy sad.

Overall, we had a great experience. The staff was friendly, and helpful. They also really seem to believe in the hotel itself, which is difficult to get out of an employee.

Check in was a big hassle.

The hotel was very nice, check in was a hassle, one of the staff seemed very confused about our room situation and was not very helpful. The other staff memeber was very knowledgeable, other than that our stay was good.
