Friendly and courteous staff.
Pool was a bit chilly.

We booked our hotel just 3 hours before we checked in, but we found everything was already in good order when we arrived. The staff of this hotel are great people. We felt very welcome! We're already looking forward to vising again.

Very clean rooms, friendly staff, walking trail, private entrances.
Uncomfortable beds, expensive breakfast. No microwave or toaster.

This hotel was a great deal for us and all in all enjoyed our stay. We have 2 children who loved the pool. We were on the 1st floor and enjoyed a private entrance. Also, this hotel is in a secluded area with nature paths in which we all enjoyed together.

Excellent quality and the comfiest beds I've ever slept in!

The beds were so comfy we didn't want to get up in the morning! The staff were incredibly friendly, and told me everything I needed to know and more when I asked about breakfast.

Beautiful lobby and guest room. Comfortable beds.
Only one computer for guest use. No coffee or continental breakfast for guests.

Very pretty ambiance. Cool sports bar and also a nicer lounge. The pool, spa, and fitness room were being renovated. Looks like it will be fantastic! Courteous staff.

The swimming pool.
When I called they said the room came with a continental breakfast for $8.95.

We called the hotel the night before we checked in and the same person that told us the bad information on the breakfast, he also told us that a room with two queen beds was reserved for us. When we got in our room, we discovered a room with two double beds not two queen beds. We called the main desk and they said they don't have any queen beds at all, just king beds and double beds. Somebody there needs to be re-educated about what they are telling customers over the phone. For being a highly rated hotel, it seems strange they don't have queen size beds. Even holiday inns and Hampton inns have queen beds. read more

Basic accommodations. No frills. Quiet.
Hot tub was not working.

It was a basic room. In a basic hotel smack in the middle of an office park area. Place I am sure is jammed with business travelers mid week. Place is deserted on weekends. No frills. Clean. Quiet. Cant say much more than that.
