Toiletries were of high quality. Had we had the time pool seemed great.
Attitude at front desk, even though I had a frequent stayer card with their brand.

A bit difficult to get to in the maze that is the El Paso airport traffic circle. Pool looked really nice, but I think their describing it as a water park was too grand.

Excellent location for my needs.
Does not apply. I liked the motel.

Very warm and friendly. I liked the fire pit located just outside as walk through the lobby out to the outer courtyard. I would recommend this motel for business or a family vacationing in El Paso. The bed was excellent.

Location was excellent for access to airport. Courtesy shuttle was very accommodating. There was no disturbing noises due to the airport. Overall highly recommend.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff.
Very noisy, beds are old and soft.

Close to the airport, nice terrace and lobby, staff is friendly helpful and nice. Some problems with wireless service, other than that. I recommend.

Nothing - it was a roof over my head.
Very poor construction - could hear everything above and next door Very poor construction - could hear everything above and next door.

First room issued smelled awful. Hallways were dingy & smelled, 2nd room issued wasn't much better, toilets in both rooms came off the floor, sound insulation in room was terrible. I was awoken at 5 am by the creeking of the floor as the occupant above me moved about their room for over an hour.

My room was in the annexed building. I had to walk in the rain between buildings to get to the lobby.I did not like that.

Outdoor dining area.
Pool/slide/kiddie splash pool were not open during our stay.

The room was old and unattractive. The pillows were uncomfortable. The bathroom was very wet. The vanity area was too small. The TV didn't work well.
