Warm water, not hot., barely warm in the evening.

Overall a good trip and I would stay there again. They missed a wake-up call, apparently the phone was OOC. The cab they called for me was a real mess: crged $28 for a 20 ride to the train station. The cab had no seat belts and the driver had no pen. The cab was a mess.

The staff and the location was great.
Something kept biting us, plus ran out of wash cloths for that day!

I stayed for three nights.if stay again,will have some spray and wash cloths.

The location was hard to find and we were placed on the fifth floor in handicapped rooms.

I was not impressed at all with this hotel. I researched many places prior to booking this hotel and was very disappointed that I had selected it. The room had a stained carpet, not to mention the fact it was for handicapped people so the room was more for function than comfort. Laundry facilities consisted of one washer and one dryer, which would only take quarters and you needed to go to the front desk to get change since there was no change machine located anywhere in the hotel. The vending machines were low or completely out of popular items on all the floors. I will not be back. read more

Internet has been a problem.

Great hotel for the price! Very nice amenities and overall appearance. Great for business as it feels very comfortable and worry free. VERY clean and the staff is very accommodating. The location is right off the interstate, so it has easy access but is very hard to get on and off. Also located near the airport with a lot of flybys. Secure parking is a plus. I felt very relaxed and safe at this hotel which is great when having to worry about other business. read more

clean.
General location noisy( airport) and not within walking distance of restaruants.

For a one night stay, room was nice, clean, comfy and had free Wi-Fi. Hotel is in flight path so noisy till late in evening. Also - isolated in local. Cannot walk anywhere for food, or other items.
