Spacious, new, themed right for location.
No movies available on room TV; a problem is arrive too late for the neighboring theater.
The hotel is impressive in its design and decor. The theme of civil war is spot on for the location. The hotel is very easy to find from the highway, near a nice shopping outlet, and historic sites. The staff is friendly, the lobby is well lit, and the new glass chandeliers make even the elevator lobby inviting.

Location was good, lobby was very nice, flat screen TV was excellent, wish it was a little bigger.
Bathroom was small. Tub was tiny, bathroom lighting was poor, and no fan.
The hotel was very nice, the staff was pleasant. We asked for a king bed, which seemed undersized for a normal king, the bathroom was not how it appeared. It was quite small, and the shower stall looked very dated. There were large cob webs hanging off the ceiling by the windows.

Newer hotel. Ample parking. Clean rooms.
Housekeeping did not restock coffee, cups, soaps, or empty all the garbage.
In general our stay was very nice, but housekeeping did not do their job. They did not restock the coffee or coffee cups after our first night. They had not restocked soap from the previous guest stay. The garbage can in the main area was not emptied for the three nights we had stayed there. And last, it is hard to believe that the elevators were located to the extreme right of the hotel and our room was on the extreme left side of the hotel. From the desk you had to walk 1 1/2 times the width of the whole hotel to get to your room. It would be real tough for older travelers. When we left our room the first time we went down the stairs that were right outside our room and they wound up almost in the restaurant area. Very bad design. As I said before, in general our stay was very nice. read more

The hotel was very clean, beds very comfortable, staff was extremely helpful.
There was no refrigerator in the room.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It's located quite close to the town attractions, and is very well kept. While we didn't personally use it, there's an indoor pool, which travelers with children would absolutely love. The staff was accommodating. The only thing that we would have liked was a refrigerator in the room, although they did offer us the use of their refrigerator down in their personal area. read more

Very comfortable and spacious, also good internet connection.
Very pleasant stay. Easily situated to the other points of interest in Gettysburg. Being a Civil War reactor had just come from the 145th Battle of Cedar Creek. After two cold nights on the ground staying in a canvas tent, a hot shower and a warm comfortable bed were extremely welcome. Definitely would stay there again using Priceline services.

Year after year, by far the best hotel in Gettysburg, that's why we keep coming back.
No lobby computer, no guest printer, they allowed pets.
