The man at the front desk does an excelllent job; above and beyond expectations.
Location - no restaurants or shopping near it. AND flat screen TV has distorted picture (wide view that you couldn't adjust.

Beautiful, clean hotel with friendly staff. Comfortable beds.

The man at the front desk was very welcoming, courteous, and helpful!

While the suite appeared to be small, the accommodations were more than adequate. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. It was a pleasant experience to stay at this facility!

2 room suite, attractive, includes micro & frig.
In my room there were things not working or up to this hotel standards.

Great for traveling businessman. Vacationers it is close to activities but not near enough where you would say it is next to it. Our room had the sleeper sofa that was broken. The TV would not work with the channel changer and was difficult to turn on. The tech that was sent to fix it said he knew it was broken but the room was given to me knowing that. I have stayed here before and did not run into that issue, so was not as upset as I otherwise would be. read more

Easy access to Chicago and surprisingly pretty and quiet place with proximity to the freeway.
No immediate access to freeway.

Very nice upscale hotel and grounds. Seemed like more of a adult or business type even though the suites were very roomy and would be comfortable for a family.
