Parking lot lights shone directly into 3rd floor rooms.

The hotel is located on the west side of Glen view. It's clean and well kept. Rooms are not the largest, but they don't feel small. Free WiFi is a bonus. Watch out for the 3rd floor on the parking lot side. The parking lot lights shine directly into the room.

The man at the front desk does an excelllent job; above and beyond expectations.
Location - no restaurants or shopping near it. AND flat screen TV has distorted picture (wide view that you couldn't adjust.

Beautiful, clean hotel with friendly staff. Comfortable beds.

Location is a little out of the way, and there was construction nearby which the hotel has no control of.

The man at the front desk was very welcoming, courteous, and helpful!

While the suite appeared to be small, the accommodations were more than adequate. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. It was a pleasant experience to stay at this facility!

I liked having 2 room with the beds away from the door because it is quieter that way.
Would like an exhaust fan in the bathroom and a door to separate the bathroom from the bedroom.
