Cleanliness, comfort.
Location was not great.

The staff was very helpful. The van service was great. While we had to wait a few times for a shuttle, it wasn't bad. We were not on a tight time schedule. This could be a problem if you were trying to make meeting times.

I was very surprised at the inside because the outside was not attractive. Staff was extremely pleasant.
Neighborhood did not look too friendly/appealing.

Only stayed one night. Staff was extremely pleasant and hotel room was very clean, bed was also very comfortable. The only thing that stuck out was that the elevators were very dirty. Get location if you have an early flight to catch. Free shuttle service to/from the airport.

It was clean, warm colored and had friendly helpful staff.

We almost canceled our reservations when we saw that it looked like a motel. Thankfully, we couldn't find anything better because our stay there was wonderful, the staff friendly, the breakfast tasty and the computer in the lobby area was
helpful to check our e-mail. We'd stay here again.

Very clean room/bathroom, comfortable bed, quiet at night.
Breakfast not included w/overnight stay, no shuttle service from hotel to Boston's N. end.

Although this hotel is not located in the "best" area in terms of surrounding neighborhoods, it is a beautiful and clean hotel, and it was comfortable and quiet at night.

It was very clean and the beds were very nice.
It was a little off the beaten path but not too bad.

I would stay here again. The hotel was clean, the employees were very nice and the rooms were great.

The room was clean.
Inconvenient location.

The people in the room across the hall fought and slammed their doors all night. When I brought this up when I checked out the front desk said they were sorry about that.
