Well located, contemporary but ordinary.
The room was spartan both in bath and room but the sheer curtains were nice.

It was clean and in a good location.
The pool was not heated and overly chlorine. The spa was fairly warm but the water jets were not working.
The hotel charged us $15. for parking in the garage for one night. there were no options.

I like the location and it was decorated very nice.
Payment was expected to use a computer to print boarding pass.
I knew ahead of time that you had to pay to park there, I feel the parking should be included if you are staying at the hotel. Check in was a nightmare- we were sent to the wrong type of room, we lugged around all of our bags from the wrong room back to the check in area and then back up to the next room. The hotel was out of parking passes for our car.

The accommodation of this hotel met my expectations.
The parking fees is too high for guests stayed for more than 1 day.
My family and I have been staying in this hotel for many times. I love this hotel and will always recommend this hotel to friends and relatives. The only problem I faced was the overnight parking is too expensive especially for this economic situation.

Windows open, comfy beds, generally clean, AC is cold.
Parking is $15. Bathrooms need updating, chipped tile, doors slammed.
Bottom line, I'd stay there again, but it wouldn't be my first choice. It was comfortable, generally clean and located in a decent area (across from the music center). However, the hotel charges $15 for hotel guest parking, but only $7 to music center guests - that's annoying. Also, our door closed softly, but we constantly heard other doors on our floor slam, it woke us up a few times. The bathrooms need updating, the entire tile is chipped and it doesn't reflect a 3-star hotel. But again, it was clean, generally quiet and comfortable, so not a bad place, but it could use some upgrades. read more
