Convenient location to downtown, easy access and adjacent Einsteins restaurant.
Self parking fee was $10.00 per day. Would have liked a heads up on that.
Comfortable room, great bed
and excellent location.

Location was central.
Disgusting rooms; rusty tub, broken door, no bathroom light.
We use priceline all the time, and sometimes you just get a lemon. This was certainly one. The room had new beds (thank goodness) but everything else was sub-par for a 3 star hotel. Bathroom had obviously never been remodeled. It was cracked and rusty, aging tiles, and there might as well have been a bare light bulb swinging from the ceiling for the lighting fixture that was there. My kids haven't had their tetanus shots, so we wouldn't let them in the bath area. read more

Easy check-in and out. Location was great.
Parking.
Hotel is located on the river walk and adjourns the convention center. It is downtown and the area is nice and secure. Its location allows you to explore Jacksonville. Room cost is a plus.

The lobby was nice and St John's Cafe's breakfast buffet and staff were very enjoyable.
I paid twice what I had to for a river walk view room and the 4th and 5th floor was taken. I did not have a river walk view. No concessions made.
The first floor of the hotel was nice, and it was gated with security so I didn't have to worry about my car. After the first floor I was disappointed. It is an older building remodeled but not the best. I must say this the bed was very very comfortable.

Friendly staff who let us enjoy the pool after hours since it was July 4th.
I liked my experience; no negative comments.
The location is beautiful, right next to the Riverwalk in downtown Jacksonville, FL. The staff was friendly and courteous. A perfect setting for any downtown celebration; great views, close to monorail if you need to cross river, not as crowded as the Landing side of river. I loved it.

The hotel atmosphere was warm and friendly and convenient to other attractions.
Available guest parking.
I had not been to this hotel after management had changed. It was comforting to see the modern changes that were implemented under the new corp.
