Wyndham Montreal Aeroport

Would have much preferred to pay a little more and have it all included parking, computer service. They had a problem with the sewer line and water was not drinkable, however the staff did not take steps to offer bottled water. I had to find out about it myself. They were not up front about it at all.

Good place to stay close to airport and 3 minute shuttle.

The electrical power went out many times when several electrical appliances turned on at the same time. Room is very cold without heat. Thermostat does not work. The hotel is too old, needed to be rebuilt. Way over-priced for such a hotel. The hotel also charges for everything ($15/day for parking & $12/day for Internet connection).

staff was nice.

Directions for the hotel were bad. There was a big sign outside saying the opening was "coming soon". Parking was expensive. I needed to pay $13 per day for wired internet in my room and $3/hour for wireless in the lobby. Charged me even if I told them to cancel (unused). Restaurant was average but prices were too high ($35 for a sandwich and two beers). Evening service was poor, seemed more interested in talking to other staff members than to customers. Morning staff was more helpful. All in all, the Best Western down the street has much better accomodations, free parking and a better restaurant. read more

Upscale, attractive with romantic and spacious rooms every effort to make our stay comfortable. fine dining but pricey. friendly and helpful service. the swimming pool was a 5 star experience did not even get to the sauna and exercise rooms.

Great location and would up this to 3 stars after the renovation. No soft drink machines yet, many open areas were not renovated yet quite dated. Renovated rooms were nice but not outstanding. Restaurant and bar were very good. Great staff though.
