and service in the restaurant.
Noisy heater in room & shower tiles were unclean.

Average. Food and service in the hotel was excellent. Very friendly staff overall. Airport shuttle service was on time and drivers were pleasant. Hotel was advertised as recently remodeled. I expected clean shower walls; they weren't.

Very friendly from the front desk to the waitress in the restaurant.
Could not get bedside lamp to work.

Ideal location for shopping in Portland. Could walk to the mall and several restaurants. Great pool for the kids. A nice bar and restaurant for the parents. Rooms are spacious and very clean.

The linens and bedding were very nice and the room was decorated nicely.
Because of the round shape of the building and the bathroom being on the interior, the bath was very small.
