The bathtub and sink drains were very slow.

This hotel is OK. I would not rate it a luxury hotel just an average hotel. It was clean but maid service was not very good. My first night I had to call for towels since I had none in my room. The second day I got home very late in the evening and my room had not been touched by maid service.

Big spaces, billiards and pool areas.
Food was too expensive.

Location.
Only five television stations (and I got two stories as to why - therefore someone lied to me) and no liquor license.

This hotel seems to be in trouble. Minimal staff and advertised amenities which they don't maintain. Be careful.

Bathroom was tired and old. Need to upgrade to qualify as a 4 star.

Room was very average. Bathroom tiles were a brown and the bathroom was very old and tired. The room lacked a luxurious feel to it. Very disappointed.

It was a comfortable bed with great pillows.
The bathroom is out-dated and there is no Wi-Fi in rooms. I assume for the star rating that these would be standard.

Lots of pillows.
Parking far from lobby/airport shuttle always in front fumes.

Probably once a fancy hotel. Now it is a little run down with a new paint-job. My towels were re-used. I cleaned dirt off of my shoe and the towel was re-hung after a placed it on the floor to be replaced as soiled.
