Comfortable bed and great linens.
No black out curtains, just shutters. Very light in A.M.
Very comfortable and luxurious at the same time.

Wonderful restaurant.
While not the top choice for Priceline 4-star hotels, this hotel was completely sufficient.

A short walk to the excitement of New Orleans giving you a little peace amongst the chaos. I recommend requesting the historic rooms.

Convenient, great for the price.
Hotel only had 1 computer in the business center and it did not work!
It was fine and met all expectations, except the computer in the business center. The price to valet the car was a bit expensive, also, but didn't diminish my opinion overall.

Breakfast was very expensive for just two eggs and bacon! Parking was not secure. Room very far from elevator!

Location.
Not up to level I expected.
Common areas are fine. Rooms are good sized, but dingy.

Friendly and helpful staff.
Poor customer service in restaurant/bar.
Good location, great staff, nice, clean, clozy rooms, don't order drinks from the hotel bar way out of line with pricing.

The beds were very comfortable.
I expected the downstairs to be bigger and nicer.
