Hotel is gorgeous, staff very welcoming and their priority is to make your stay enjoyable. They sounded sincere and not rehearsed, can tell they enjoy working in the hotel and shows in the service they provide. Only down side is that I expected the bed to be of better quality but other amenities made up for this little down fall. I do recommend you stay at least once.

Great location. Friendly staff.
A little pricey.
It was a little Smokey from the casino and people were slamming doors during the night but the accommodations were wonderful and the staff was top-notch. The grounds were also amazing!

Selection.
Cleanliness.
Hotel was nice but nothing out of the ordinary. For a 5 star hotel, I would expect a bit more. The check in and check out process are disorganized and ineffective.

The whimsical lobby with bouquets in the trees, the dinner buffet.
The hideous carpeting, disorganized check-in process, clueless staff, no free coffee!
Wynn commands 5-star prices while providing 3 star decor and customer service. I've never been at ANY hotel that doesn't provide free tea or coffee in the room. The price gouging reeks of desperation to cover their overhead, the staff is not well-trained in all areas and service spotty. The check-in process is completely disorganized and has been pointed out repeatedly in reviews - yet has not been addressed. While the rooms are spacious enough and the bed is comfortable - the hallway carpeting (and throughout the hotel) reek of remnant sale from Willy Wonka. The toiletries are cheap with thin lotion, non-moisturizing soap and hair products that are worse than Suave. The buffet is probably the best on the strip however and the high end stores and window displays are fantastic and beautifully laid out. I will be going to another 5-star hotel during my next stay in Vegas, because I simply don't think Wynn meets expectations of true luxury and world class customer service. read more

It is beyond imagination the look of the hotel and the room.
There is not a single point which I did not like.
Hotel is excellent. Rooms are superb and very tastefully done. Hotel staff is very helpful and cheerful.
