Location is good, room was large, and quite considering the location.
Parking is not free.

Rooms are dated, but they are spacious and well equipped. Staff was friendly, the restaurant is good, and lobby is modern. Generally everything was clean and orderly. Parking is expensive everywhere in the city and in the hotel as well.

The staff was extremely friendly and very professional.
Construction across the street made the access somewhat hard. No one's fault.

Excellent location in the heart of downtown Calgary. Easy access in and out of parkade and walking distance to LRT and many shops and restaurants. Secure, clean, professional and affordable.

Good location downtown close to rapid transit.
Not as clean as I would have liked also toilet didn't flush completely.

Did not meet my expectations. Size of space was good however the paint on furniture and walls was chipping. Appeared to be a cheap renovation of a one bedroom apartment.

Elevators slow to respond and very small. Slow internet service.

Good place to stay for the not too discerning traveler.

An acceptable modest hotel in downtown. Hotel is a converted apartment building.
