"You'd think you were in colonial India" at this "ritzy" Downtowner, a "historic place" to sip "a Tiger's Kiss martini as you listen to live jazz" on weekends and imagine you're "rich and famous"; it's "not where you want to buy your own drink", but the "combination of ale on draft with the day's curry" (from the buffet) is "pure heaven."
