"High ceilings and huge brass fermentation tanks create the perfect atmosphere in which to wax philosophical" about the "solid seasonal beers", "awesome warm pretzels" and daily happy-hour specials at this local microbrew with sites Downtown and in the old postal museum sorting room on Capitol Hill; still, the chain has an "antiseptic" "corporate feel", and the cavernous acoustics make these joints "loud."
