Links in an East Coast chain, these Gaelic gathering grounds in Arlington and Bethesda manage to be simultaneously clubby and spacious with wood-paneled walls, an antique bar and high ceilings; its name translates loosely as 'revelry', and its thrice-weekly live music and Tuesday pub quiz are big draws, while an affable staff and expertly pulled Guinness with the bar's name scripted in the foam add character.
