"Drink up, comrade!" at this "Soviet-inspired" barski in Mandalay Bay, which goes back "behind the Iron Curtain" with its "overwhelming selection of vodkas" and "decadent" interior replete with red-velvet booths, an "über-cool" "frozen" bartop ("put your cares on ice") and a "freezer room" for subzero shots; though a "splurge" with frosty service "from Siberia", it's a "favorite for chilling."
