Look, up in the sky, there's "lots of people-watching and cool drinks" at this South Beach–style rooftopper where couples laze about in "cozy canopied nooks" as DJs spin hip-hop, soul and techno; the all-white decor, "romantic" vibe and lofty altitude make it "different from other Downtown bars", though one grumbler says the "hipsters ruin the fantasy."
