"Setting the standard" for Downtown destinations, this hotel rooftop "excels at views 'n' 'tude", with "energizing" vistas, "beautiful", "trendy" patrons and "notoriously slow", sometimes "truculent" service; "moody music" spun by "fabulous DJs" fills the air both inside the red-and-white, "space-age" lounge and outside where "waterbed pods" flank the pool; "go on weeknights to avoid the long lines and steep cover", but "plan on spending a pretty penny" nonetheless.
