With its "casually elegant", "art deco–ish" setting, "uniformed staff" and "classic French cuisine" – "well-executed", from the "succulent mussels" to the "heavenly profiteroles" – this Back Bay brasserie "takes you straight to Paris"; true, you'll find "no surprises" (except perhaps that "it's not cheap"), but it manages "reliability" while "filling the dining void in the Symphony Hall vicinity."
