The menu's "mammoth" – and "so are the crowds" – at this "family-pleasing" chain link in the Downtown Macy's where the "endless" American options arrive in equally "colossal" portions (ironically, "they give you so much there's no room" for their "heavenly" namesake desserts); despite an "ordinary" setting (apart from the Union Square view), this "well-oiled machine" stays so "busy" that it's best accessed "off-hours."
