Truly one of the best old Mexican restaurants in Tucson. I eat there almost every time I visit on business. Finally, my wife came with me earlier this summer and I braced for her usual critical review. But she loved it. Terrific margaritas, a fun patio, excellent Chile Rellenos, enchiladas, cheese crisps, etc. The owner stopped by and talked about where the get their Chiles and the best Tequila. This is an old adobe house, not one of the tiny whole in the walls locals send you off to. Staff is friendly and sharp.
