"Awfully good for this far west of the bayou", Emeril's Cajun-Creole seafooder in the MGM Grand is a "solid introduction to the Lagasse style" with "huge portions" of "terrific", "spicy" eats and a "don't-miss" banana cream pie served in a "nicely redone" interior; yet in spite of a staff that "will bend over backward for you", some are left "disappointed" by food and service they say "doesn't live up to the hype" or the "high prices."
