"Don't even think of going to KC without eating here" say regulars of this relatively "fancy" (Most Popular) quartet that proves barbecue "doesn't have to be eaten in a dive", especially when the vittles are all "downright fabulous", from the "best" babybacks to "to-die-for" burnt ends; the "amazing" quality makes the sometimes "long waits" no big deal.
