"Chain shmain!" – this seafood "institution" again earns Boston's Most Popular restaurant title not (only) due to its "ubiquity", but because of its "consistent" delivery of "guaranteed-fresh, well-prepared" fish, from the "basic" to the "ambitious", plus a "surprisingly decent wine list"; the "big, bustling" settings swing from "plain-Jane" to "upscale" ("service varies" too), and while even admirers admit it's "perhaps a little overpriced", it's "worth it" for such "quality."
