Chef Robert Wiedmaier "adds a 'Flemish flair' to decadent, sumptuous French cuisine" at his "elegantly festive" West End Belgian-Gallic destination where everything from his boudin blanc that's "like eating a cloud" to near-"perfect" service to "colorful" decor makes it a "great place for a celebration"; it also offers what some call the "best pre-theater prix fixe" around (free limo service to the Kennedy Center included), and while it's an "expensive" experience, most agree it's "worth every penny."
