"One of the best places to take carnivorous business colleagues", this "fabulous" Downtown steakhouse (and its Polaris offshoot) is "first-rate in every respect", from the "enormous portions" of "excellent meat" to the "attentive", "knowledgeable" staff and "impressive" beaux arts setting; it's "a bit pricey" and can "get busy when the legislature is in session", but surveyors agree "it never fails to meet expectations."
