Tony Roma's in San Antonio

I went to this Tony Roma's a few weeks ago after a long night at a conference and I ordered a salad with grilled salmon. After it took 30 minutes to get our food, they had given me chicken instead of the salmon. When I sent it back, it took another 25 minutes for them to bring it back out, and when I finally got it the salmon was completely undercooked. It took another 15 minutes for them to bring out the next thing I ordered and then another 5 minutes just to get another fork. When I talked to the manager about it, his only consolation (aside from the fact I didn't have to pay for that meal) for the bad service was very patronizing and full of excuses. I won't be eating here again.
